A pre-planned trip to Jaipur for a group of travellers (in this case, max 15 people) where accommodation, guided sightseeing, and content creation are bundled into a single per-person price. You are paying for a curated experience, not building an itinerary yourself.

Content creation trip

A type of travel experience where a professional photographer and/or videographer travel with the group and produce edited content — reels, portraits, or video — for each participant as part of the package. Unlike a standard tour where you carry your own camera, the content team handles shooting and editing on your behalf.

Shared accommodation

Double or triple occupancy hotel rooms shared with other travellers on the same trip. Room allocation is done by Travel Trip Tourist based on gender preferences shared during booking. Solo travellers who prefer a private room can request single occupancy for an additional ₹1,200/night subject to availability.

Golden-hour shoot

The photography session scheduled within 30–45 minutes of sunset (approximately 5:30–6:15 PM in Jaipur). Directional warm light from a low sun angle creates the flattering orange-pink tones seen in most travel content from Rajasthan. Our itinerary is built specifically to be at the right location at golden hour, not at 2 PM midday sun.

Edited reels

Short vertical videos (15–60 seconds) edited and colour-graded by Siddharth Rao and delivered to you via Google Drive. Each reel is ready to post directly to Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or any other platform without further editing on your part. Music is not added to the delivered files to avoid copyright issues — music is added by you at upload.

AC Tempo Traveller

A 12–17 seater air-conditioned van used for the Delhi–Jaipur–Delhi transfer in the With Transport package. Departure from Delhi is at 11 PM (night before Day 1), arriving Jaipur by 5:30–6 AM. The return departure from Jaipur is at 2 PM on Day 3 , arriving Delhi by approximately 7 PM.

No-show policy

If a participant does not arrive by the agreed time and has not communicated via WhatsApp, the group proceeds with the itinerary. No refund is issued for a no-show. If you are running late due to travel delays, contact Harsh on the group WhatsApp — the group can typically hold at the hotel for up to 45 minutes on Day 1 morning.

Yes — and most participants on our Jaipur group tours book as solo travellers. The small group size (max 15) means you meet people quickly. We also run a WhatsApp pre-trip introduction a week before departure so the group isn’t meeting completely cold. Solo travellers get the same individual content session as group bookings.

What is the best time to book this Jaipur group tour? November is one of the best months — daytime temperatures are in the low 30s°C, evenings at Nahargarh drop to a comfortable 18–20°C, and golden-hour light has particularly warm tones. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance as the 15-person cap fills quickly in the October–February season.

I don’t have a large Instagram following. Is this trip still right for me?

Absolutely. Past participants have ranged from people with 300 followers to those with 300K. The content team does not adjust shoot quality based on following count — every participant gets the same professional coverage. Many travellers simply want high-quality photos to remember the trip, with no intention to post on social media at all.

What is the cancellation and refund policy? Cancel 7 or more days before departure: 50% of the total amount paid is refunded within 7 working days. Cancel within 7 days of departure: no refund is issued. If Travel Trip Tourist cancels the trip (e.g. minimum booking threshold not met), a 100% refund is issued within 5 working days. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all participants.

Are meals included in the Jaipur group tour package?

No — and this is intentional. Jaipur has great options at every price point, from ₹50 street kachori to ₹800 heritage restaurant mains, and a fixed group meal plan doesn’t suit mixed budgets and dietary preferences. Our guide recommends specific cafés at each stop. Budget approximately ₹600–1,200 per day for meals.

Can I request a specific style of content — more cinematic, less portrait?

Yes. During a pre-trip WhatsApp call 5 days before departure, our photographer and videographer collect individual content preferences — colour palette, style, reel vibe, and any specific shots you want. Reference reels are welcome so the team can match your existing aesthetic.

What happens if I want to stay longer and explore Jaipur independently?

The hotel can usually accommodate extended stays at the same rate if you contact them directly. Day 3 after 11 AM checkout is free time — our guide sends a list of additional recommendations for anyone spending an extra day. If you’re on the With Transport package, the Delhi drop is fixed at 2 PM on Day 3; staying longer means arranging your own return.

How does the Delhi transport pickup work?

The AC Tempo Traveller departs at 11:00 PM (night before Day 1) from a central Delhi pickup point shared via WhatsApp 48 hours in advance — typically near Kashmere Gate ISBT or Rajiv Chowk. The drive takes approximately 5.5–6 hours, arriving at the Jaipur hotel by 5:30 AM. Return departure from Jaipur is at 2 PM on Day 3, arriving Delhi by approximately 7 PM.
